Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Hanseris, Celle, Lower Saxony, Germany — info@hanseris.com.

2. Data we collect when you visit this website

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technically necessary data in server log files, such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short retention period.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, name, and the content of your message) is stored by us to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. We do not share this data without your consent.

4. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@hanseris.com.

5. Data retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations, and delete it afterwards.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the provider's servers. Where the provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.

This website is designed to work without tracking. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They can be used to make websites work, to improve convenience, or to track users. Under § 25 TDDDG and the GDPR, cookies that are not strictly necessary require your prior consent.

2. Cookies we use

We only use technically necessary storage (for example, to remember basic interface preferences during your visit). These do not require consent because they are essential for providing the service you request (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, § 25 (2) TDDDG). Should we introduce cookies requiring consent in the future, a consent banner will be shown before any such cookie is set.

3. Managing cookies

You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, to allow them only in individual cases, or to block and delete them entirely. Disabling technically necessary cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
